The HF10/27 Computerized High-Speed Crochet Machine is a high-performance model within Huafang Machinery's HF series of narrow-width webbing crochet equipment. This model supports simultaneous production of 10 webbing strips, with a reed width of 27mm, equipped with 20 heald frames, and a pattern plate cycle of 48 steps. It adopts an internationally advanced servo motor control system and computer smart display, specially designed for producing high-quality, high-difficulty, and varied narrow elastic and non-elastic webbing.

In terms of core drive, the HF10/27 is powered by a high-performance servo motor with a maximum power of 4.3KW, achieving machine speeds of 1200-1400 rpm. Compared with traditional two-speed motors, it saves up to 40% of electricity (consuming only 0.75KW during normal operation). The weft density ranges from 2.9 to 40.3 weft/cm, controlled by an electronic servo motor with planetary reducer, ensuring extremely high weft density control accuracy with flexible and convenient adjustment, adapting to complex process requirements and significantly improving fabric quality and production efficiency.

In terms of structural design, the HF10/27 features a floor-standing integrated weighted and widened base, effectively enhancing machine stability to support higher operating speeds and greater output capacity. The heald frame length reaches 700mm, providing ample process space for pattern variations. The total machine net weight is 600kg, with machine head dimensions of L1500×W1160×H2100mm, ensuring a solid and robust structure with stable and reliable operation.
